If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I moved from my house in the country and decided to downsize and avoid the commute. I am so glad I did. If you’re thinking of renting here, I’d strongly recommend. The staff is very friendly and very helpful every step of the way. The application process was painless and the easiest move in I’ve ever had. The amenities are superb...I own my own gym and this one is almost as big! State of the art equipment and the most I’ve ever seen in a complex. The home inside is gorgeous and energy efficient. Brand new everything and stylish. The location of this place couldn’t be better and my friends may be a little envious! It’s kinda nice to go downstairs and have so much fun stuff to do, eat and drink. Happy resident here!:-)

To have a safe, comfortable space to call home
I have lived here at the Lofts for about two years now. As a young woman, I feel super safe in my studio. There is a very nice gym on the second floor and a beautiful patio area/club room on the 7th floor. The apartments are all very modern with stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer/dryers. The area surrounding the lofts is very nice and there are numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

For a truly pet friendly life
We’ve lived at the Gordon Lofts for a few years now and give it 5 stars for many reasons. The apartments are modern and updated, and you can’t beat the downtown location. It’s also dog friendly, as are many of the local businesses nearby. All apartments feature newer appliances, and the building is quite safe and well-maintained. We especially love the views and club room upstairs , and my dog Koda gives it 5 woofs!

To enjoy your time even with a short-term lease: 1 month+
Great experience living here on a short-term lease. The location is terrific, building is lovely and has so many wonderful amenities. Our apartment has a view of part of Autzen in the distance and of the 5th St. Alley – can’t beat that! Would absolutely recommend anyone to consider living here.

For consistent, trouble-free living
I've lived at the Gordon Lofts since 2022 and have yet to experience anything even close to a problem while living here.
The location is excellent. I only have to walk a few blocks to be in the center of downtown, and having a number of local businesses around to support is a huge plus. The staff have always been professional and extremely prompt with responding to inquiries or requests. Any time I needed to get a hold of maintenance, they were there and had the problem solved on the same day. The key fob system makes the building extremely safe, the appliances are new and high quality (my pup Fudge especially enjoys the air conditioning...), and despite being an apartment building, the walls do an excellent job of keeping sound in. I rarely hear my neighbors in their homes. The Lofts has fostered a friendly community with regular events, and there's a genuine sense of community within the building. I highly recommend living here.
